How long does it take to make and ship a product?

Old Master Goods is a small studio with handmade items, not a big factory that makes hundreds of items per day.

Currently, it takes 2-5 business days to make a handmade product from scratch, so as a rule of thumb, keep in mind that it may take up to a week for your order to ship.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks to European countries and 1-3 weeks to the United States and other Worldwide locations.

*All the orders are shipped with a secure tracking number, so you can always check where your package is located at any moment.

**As with all the packages that you order online, keep in mind that due to the pandemic, shipping delays are possible and usually very likely, so give some slack on the above estimates that are based on pre-pandemic shipping. Please be patient :)

*** As with all the packages that you order from international stores, depending on the country you're ordering from, customs may delay your package for various reasons. We include all the required papers that should make going through customs a breeze (and our packages usually pass through customs without a delay), but once in a while, a package may get stuck into customs for longer.

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING with SECURE TRACKING for all orders, no matter where you are!

How can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide a tracking number once your order ships. We use Elta Courier, the national courier of Greece, and when the package lands in your country, you can also track it via your national Post Service ( like USPS for the United States of America). You can always track your package with your tracking number at the Elta Tracking Page

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

You have 60 days from the day that you placed an order, to request a return or exchange.

Before sending the goods back to us, please take note of the following considerations:

  • Goods must be unused, in resalable condition, in their original condition, and packed appropriately. Proof of purchase may be required
  • Products that are customized with your initials, a quote, or other, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are faulty. Unfortunately, as you can understand, we cannot resell them to someone else if they have your initials on them :/.
  • Promotional orders (items on sale or bought with a special offer or discount code) are non-refundable unless faulty.
  • If you wish to exchange a product, the new product will ship as soon as we get the one you sent back.
  • Please ensure to ship the products you wish to resell within 30-days from receipt. 
  • Kindly note that customers are responsible for return postage costs and duties (sorry about that.. we are working to change this in the future).
  • When issuing a refund, please allow a minimum of 5 working days for the money to be issued back into your account from our refund notification date. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment only.
  •  We strongly suggest you pack your return appropriately and use a trackable postage service, as regrettably, we cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please keep a copy of your "proof of postage" if you decide to use a non-tracked service.
  • We reserve the right to issue you a partial refund when the value of the item has been decreased for inadequate packaging or false claims.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us at info@oldmastergoods.com. We’ll respond within 48 hours with a satisfactory solution. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached. (in that case please read the full FAQ on returns and exchanges first)

Can I get a refund?

If you don't like the product that you received, for any reason, you can request to proceed with a return and we will provide a Full Refund, once we get the product back (please read the FAQ section about returns and exchanges for more details).

If your product is damaged or faulty, please email us some photos at info@oldmastergoods.com and we will be happy to ship out a new product or provide a Full Refund. Whatever works best for you :)
